Things, good and bad

How do we move on from things? I mean, different things, all the things, everything. Like if something bad happened today, how do we move on from it? I know life is unfair and I’m trying hard to play it in the best way I know how. Sometimes, I just wonder why bad things tend to be more dragging than the good things, that every time something good is happening, there would always be a pang of pain that would hit through a certain part of your body telling you it wouldn’t last long. Then there are shitty days that just wouldn’t go away.
